Booking Policy

All bookings require a 10% deposit at the time of booking. 

Short term stays pay the balance of your stay upon arrival. Long term stays of more than 29 days but less than a full season, and all rentals, are charged the full balance after the cancellation window. For cancellations please refer to the Cancellation Policy. 

Seasonal stays require a 10% deposit at the time of booking. The balance must be paid in full by March 31st of the year or your site will be opened for general booking. For cancellations please refer to the Cancellation Policy.
