Cancellation Policy

All reservations require a credit card to confirm a site. All reservations, including rental units and sites, that are made outside the cancellation policy window, 4 pm the day prior to arrival, will be charged the full fee at the time of booking. 

A cancellation will be given to RV site customers for stays less than 1 month, until 4 pm local time the day prior to arrival. Any cancellations after this time will result in a full night's rate being charged to the credit card on file for all confirmed reservations. All NO-SHOWS will be charged the full rate.

Rental Units have a 24 hr cancellation, full payment will be taken from the card on file after the 24 hr policy expires. Changes can be made up to 4 pm the day prior to arrival depending on availability.

There are NO REFUNDS for early departures.

Cancellation before Dec. 31	100% refund of deposit, minus 5% admin fee
Jan 1 - March 31	75% refund, minus admin fee
April 1 - Park Open	50% refund, minus admin fee
After Park Open	Not eligible for refund
