Cancellation Policy

All reservations require a credit card to confirm a site. 

A cancellation will be given to RV site customers for stays less than 1 month, until 4 pm local time the day prior to arrival. Any cancellations after this time will result in a full night's rate being charged to the credit card on file for all confirmed reservations. All NO-SHOWS will be charged the full rate.

Rental Units have a guaranteed rental and full payment is due unless the unit can be re-rented.

For cancellation of seasonal/monthly reservations consult the table below. All percentages are on the total of your stay's value.

There are NO REFUNDS for early departures.

Cancellation before Dec. 31	100% refund of deposit, minus 5% admin fee
Jan 1 - March 31	75% refund
April 1 - Park Open	50% refund
After Park Open	Not eligible for refund
